The Parklane Players are sponsored by Laurie White (Director), Bob Raborn (Music Director), and Shane Adams (Vocal Director). The Parklane Players were created in 1994 by Tony Ritter. The program started out as a speech class project where Mr. Ritter's speech class performed The Legend of Sleepy Hallow and A Christmas Carol. This led to students not in the class requesting that they be included and that we do a play or musical. It was decided to put on Grease which consisted of about 25 actors and actresses. The success of this musical has led the Parklane Players to perform an annual spring program. Each year the program has continued to grow immensely.
Parklane Players offers our students the opportunity to experience live theatre. We provide a fun experience and no one is ever denied the chance to try out and perform.
This year we will be putting on "Cyrano de Burger Shack."
