Parklane welcomed the addition of two familiar faces to serve as Principal and Asst Principal of our junior high and high school. Principal Jill Jackson has been with Parklane for 32 years serving in various roles as teacher, technology visioner, and most recently Academic Dean. She completed her degrees at SMCC, USM, and the MAIS Leadership Institute. She is married to Ken Jackson, also a PA family member and currently at SMCC. She and Coach have two daughters, Hayley and Maggie, four grandchildren and are expecting their 5th grandchild in May.
Asst Principal Robert Young has taught and coached for the last 15 years, 10 of those at Parklane. In addition to his administrative role, he also serves as defense coordinator for the varsity football team. Coach Young graduated from Belhaven University and is completing his masters studies online. He is married to Heather Young and they have two sons, Nick and Ben, who attend PA.
